Having finished the Season on a high just a matter of weeks ago, the U13’s weren’t done and picked up more silverware at Maypole’s Tournament, by winning the competition.

There wasn’t even time for barely one spec of dust to land on the “We are the Champions” record as it was proudly ringing round players, parents and coaches head once again seeing the U13’s win Maypole United FC’s Tournament on Penalties.

Every outfield player even managed to get on the scoresheet with the impressive Riley Steatham bagging 8 goals and Niall Moran with 7.

Having only conceded 1 single goal along the way, the boys in green and white gave a dominant show setting up a final versus Hampton which went to penalties. They didn’t disappoint and went on to win 3-2. The shoot-out also saw Samson Riesner save a penalty. They will have to have shares in brasso if they keep winning this much silverware!
