Bromsgrove Rovers AFC U13’s received a surprise recorded Congratulations from none other than Martin O’Connor. The ex Bromsgrove Rovers legend who also played for Walsall, Birmingham City and Peterborough United picked up on the recent success of the U13’s in winning 4-1 versus Cadbury Athletic to clinch the title of the U13 Central Warwickshire Youth League Premier Division.
Martin O’Connor said, ” Fantastic effort, congratulations and keep up the good work. Let’s hope for more success next season”.
Still less than a week on, the U13’s are still on Cloud 9 and to receive a recorded message from Martin O’Connor has made things even more special.
